Grown at 2100 meters in the high-altitude regions of Colombia, this washed Arabica-Castillo coffee comes from the Café Casita family farm. The elevation and climate produce a vibrant and complex profile, with careful processing that preserves the coffee’s natural clarity.
Tasting notes:
Blackberry, maraschino cherries, spice, and bright acidity.

Approximate Timeline:
11:00am - Setup
11:15am - First coffee
12:00pm - Second coffee
1:00pm - Pack up

Every session: V60 pour-over, serving between 1:17 coffee to water ratio.

What to bring: I have a bunch of 4oz ceramic tasting cups, but you're welcome to bring your own.
We're a pretty easygoing group of just socializing over some morning coffee.
