Granville Island - Coffee Tasting Experience (Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia)

I don’t have a lot of Yirgacheffe, its a little more pricier than the others, scoring 93 cupping score, Natural process. For me i get strong flavours of blueberry.

Approximate Timeline:
11:00am - Setup
11:15am - First coffee
12:00pm - Second coffee
1:00pm - Pack up

Every session: V60 pour-over, serving between 1:17 coffee to water ratio.

What to bring: I have a bunch of 4oz ceramic tasting cups, but you're welcome to bring your own.
We're a pretty easygoing group of just socializing over some morning coffee.
