Board Games, Card Games, and Puzzles, Oh My!

Beat the winter blues and blahs with board games, card games, and puzzles with your fellow Aspies at the Cleveland Park Library! Located at 3310 Connecticut Avenue NW in Washington, DC, the library is conveniently near plenty of restaurants, so we can go out to eat afterward.

I'll bring several packs of playing cards. You bring board games, other card games, and puzzles.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you get to the library, take the stairs or elevator down one floor. We'll be in the large meeting room downstairs.

METRO: I'll post service changes next week.

PARKING: Parking in DC is expensive and difficult to find. Driving is not recommended. Taking the Metro or Uber is much easier.

POLICIES: The library prohibits eating. Covered drinks are permitted.

For privacy reasons, please put your phone away. This includes me as well. I won't be able to check messages after the event start time. If you are running late or can't find us, please call me at 202-802-3238.

Out of respect for everyone's sensory needs and because this is a library, we need to keep our voices down. We don't want to get kicked out of the space Jan found for us!

HEALTH AND SAFETY: I will take a COVID/flu test on the day of the event and post the results on Meetup. If I test positive or am sick, I will stay home. If I test negative and feel well, I will be there. The event will go on in either case.

If the forecast calls for snow, ice, sleet, and/or wintry mix, I am rescheduling the event. Safety first!

If you're missing a hat, I have it in my bag and will bring it to the event.
