Community Gathering. Speers Point Park
Join us for a relaxed, low-pressure community gathering for LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent people, along with allies who value inclusive, respectful spaces.
This is a casual meet-up designed to feel safe, welcoming, and flexible. There is no expectation to socialise in a particular way. You're welcome to chat, sit quietly, bring an activity, or simply enjoy being around others in a shared space.
Time: 11am - 2pm
Location: Speers Point Park
**Drop in anytime. You're not expected to stay for the full event**
What to expect:
- A calm, open outdoor setting
- No structured agenda or forced interaction
- Space to connect at your own pace
- A mix of people. Some chatty, some quiet, all valid
What to bring (optional):
- Something that helps you feel comfortable (book, craft, headphones etc.)
- Snacks or drinks for yourself
- Picnic blanket or chair
This gathering is about creating a consistent, low-pressure space where people can show up as they are. Whether you stay for five minutes or the whole time, you are welcome.
