What is speed dating? Speed dating is a structured matchmaking event where single people meet multiple potential partners in short, timed, one-on-one conversations, usually lasting 5–10 minutes. It is an in-person event (not online) designed to quickly assess chemistry and fit, allowing participants to choose who they want to connect with further in a low-pressure, efficient setting.
