Everyone is welcome. People with a spiritual mindset are welcome twice.
I propose easy topics and everyone in turn stands up and speak for a very short time. (20 seconds, one minute...)
I could tell you that the purpose is to build confidence and improve communication skills. I used this format for public speaking workshops
However the purpose is that this format offers the opportunity to share with others in a really wonderful way.
It's fun, supportive and a great way to connect with others.

- Social Times. Facilitated group conversation and informal exchanges. To meet like minded people and relax.

Please arrive on time for a sharp start at 6.40pm
(A participant has to leave early so better start quickly)In Speed Speaking sessions, we speak for very short times (from 15 seconds for the first rounds to one or two minutes), we keep the energy high, we move on quickly from a speaker to the next, that's how it works and when it works like that, it's a delight.
Later, when speakers will have become able to maintain the same level of energy for longer times, they'll be able to give their listeners a highly enjoyable experience, and to surf the wave of their pleasure.
For now, let's keep things short and charismatic.
You are free to take part or sit as a listener.
Speed Speaking was initially designed to train communication skills and build confidence. However, it's essential value is: connecting authentically with other people, on the best possible wavelength.
After the session, basic social times. We get the room for free, we are in a pub though. Buy a drink. A fruit juice or a beer. Eat a fish and chips or a desert. It's good manners.
Voluntary donations to the organiser are welcome. I pay the meetup fees and give a lot of my own energy.
