Stand Up Paddleboarding Followed by Lunch

Details

Paddle boarding is a great way to get out in nature, supporting mental and physical health and wellbeing. It gives you exposure to the beauty of nature and its calming influence with gentle exercise for boosted wellbeing. If you fancy the combination of exercise, enjoying the outdoors and to put it simply ‘having fun’ come and join us.
Try it, you’ll LOVE it….
You’ll be in good hands for your lesson with Paddleboarding Adventures, whose fully qualified team deliver an impeccable, fun and empowering experience on the water. They create a supportive environment that invites you to learn and play at your edge.
Lessons last 90 minutes on the water but please arrive 10 minutes early so you can get set up.
Flotation vests and all equipment needed for your lesson will be provided but please wear shorts & tshirt that you don't mind getting wet. If you have wet shoes or old trainers you can wear those but bare feet will be fine. It is advisable to bring spare clothes to change into after your lesson.
After the session we will cross the road to the Tudor Arms for refreshments and lunch.
If high wind is forecast on the day, we will reschedule our booking. But if it is raining, it will still go ahead.
There is no parking provision on site for paddlers at the Black Shed but there is a nearby free public car park which is open all day, 7 days a week.
