Summer Wine tasting (3 wines) + pintxos at Magerit

How's everyone braving the Madrid summer? Happy to announce that our growing little group has been invited to a special wine tasting + pintxos pairing event this Friday, 11 July! It will be hosted at Magerit on Calle Lagasca 18, where we'll be tasting 3 Spanish wines paired with elaborated pintxos (with a bit of spice of course!). A sommelier will take us through two white wines (Albariño and Godello) and a red wine (Mencía) with delicious pintxos:

Albariño - with Scallops with a sake and butter sauce
Godello - with fried rice "lollipops" with salmon tartare in a spicy sauce
Mencía - with beef cheek gyoza with a pipette of its own Mencía sauce

Price: 35eu

Whether you're a Madrid long-timer or new in town, this event will be a great way to meet people who love good food and drink.

After the event, there will be a free live musical performance by Svet Von Bathory. See you there!

¡Venzamos el calor y comamos bien!

Me alegra anunciar que nuestro pequeño (pero creciente) grupo ha sido invitado a una cata de vinos especial en un sitio elegante en Calle Lagasca 18, donde degustaremos tres vinos españoles acompañados de pintxos elaborados (con un toque picante, por supuesto!).

Un sommelier nos navigará de dos vinos blancos (Albariño y Godello) y un vino tinto (Mencía), acompañados de estos deliciosos pintxos:

• Albariño – con zamburiñas en salsa de sake y mantequilla
• Godello – con piruletas de arroz frito con tartar de salmón en salsa picante
• Mencía – con gyoza de carrilleras con pipeta de su propia salsa de Mencía

Precio: 35€

Tanto si llevas tiempo en Madrid como si acabas de llegar, este evento será una excelente oportunidad para conocer a personas que aman la buena comida y bebida.
