This is a safe space for individuals interested in exploring creativity, movement, and self-expression through various embodied practices inspired by drama therapy, theaterpedagogy and acting methods/improvisation. Whether you are a dancer, artist, or simply curious about connecting with youself and others, this group is for you. There are workshops twice a month with changing themes, that will be explored in this creative, embodied way.
