lets start the day together,

with being with what is in all that is,

i will give easy to use, easy to follow instructions, so that you can join our silent meditation and become aware of everything as it is,

to desolve in nothing to become everything,

to observe without judging or labeling, just being with what is, let things from the mind pop up and pass along, pass through, notice thoughts, thought patterns, emotions and desires, and always and gently come back to the breath to strengthen and train your mind to discipline it.

duration 8 up untill 9, you can join from the start or in between, but if you come in between just be and come and join in a way that you like and have a prefference to it, you can welcome by a namaste without words optionally so that other people that are allready in the state of awareness wont be desturbed there in that practice that they are allready in.
