In this weekly hands-on workshop, Lynn will guide you through a variety of relaxation techniques to support your physical, mental, emotional and relational well-being.

You will explore easy-to-implement practical relaxation techniques grounded in Neuroscience, Somatic Therapy, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Energy Medicine and Eastern Medicine, such as:
