Shamanic Journey Circle" Meet Your Wise Teacher

Welcome to the Shamanic Journeying Circle at the Energy Wave Center in Sebastopol! We will meet on Monday June 22nd from 6-8pm. This is a supportive, heart-centered, safe space, to explore shamanic journeying and personal growth. We will start with an opening group welcome, calling in the directions, introductions, and a Reiki Drum Healing session. You will be guided in a relaxation meditation, and then we will journey with the sacred drum, this month's theme is to Meet Your Wise Teacher. We will work with grounding, breathwork, shamanic tools, visualization skills, intuitive senses, and reiki.
