The belief that we are soul underscores all the work done at A Place of Light. We also believe it is very difficult to realize that we are each a unique soul because society puts so much emphasis on the body and intelligence. With all of this noise, we can scarcely know who we are much less hear our first language, intuition, as it seeks to guide us.

Well, you can! Do I Know Me?, a six day retreat, is being held August 11-16, in Chester, CT where you can focus exclusively on you. You will be surrounded by nonjudgmental people who are only supportive and patient. You will be led by people who have worked and studied these ideas together since 2015 and practice this way of life as well.
Even before the retreat begins, you will spend time with one of the facilitators to determine your goals and answer any questions you may have. You will also have the opportunity to meet with the other participants via Zoom so that no one is a stranger to you when you arrive, just familiar faces!
