Consistent study and practice of Qigong meditations and forms transform us. This ancient healing art is an expression of Traditional Chinese Medicine which regulates our body’s systems and organs and cultivates an inner consciousness that promotes wholeness in body, mind and spirit over time.
SELF CARE QIGONG, developed by Master Kathryn Davis, is designed to assist students to cultivate their qi or spiritual energy through Qigong Form as moving meditation, along with other meditation and sound practices.

Forms taught include: Turtle Longevity, Bone Marrow Cleanse, Essence Qigong and more!
