Join us at Spirit Well for a monthly gathering dedicated to creating a social space without alcohol while offering a variety of mindful tools to help you overcome the challenges of maintaining sobriety while building community and having fun exploring new meditation/coping techniques every month.
This monthly workshop will include an opening circle (15 minutes), a guided group practice (20 minutes) which includes a take-home handout and will have an open Q & A (15-20 minutes) to end the hour. The second hour is for socializing and trying out Spirit Well’s additional services including add-on mini-massages and booking sessions on the Biomat, Vibroacoustic chair and Red Light Therapies which supports your sober journey even further.
Pot-luck snacks are always welcome and encouraged! Some light refreshments, teas and snacks will also be provided.
