Join Heathor for a healing evening of Cacao, community, drumming, chanting, & good vibes! As the spirit of Cacao opens our hearts & spirits, we will attune & activate our chakras to the energy of the earth & universe via a combination of guided visualization, & bija seed sounds with drums & bowls; culminating in a deep soundbath targeting each chakra for further tuning & healing.
Cacao is NOT an Entheogen or Hallucinogen - it is an EMPATHOGEN that gently opens the heart and encourages greater connection with your truest self & the Earth.
It is your choice that allows you to connect to the full experience.
Those taking antidepressants or other serious medication should ingest less, or may experience an intense headache later.

* Please bring your favorite 6-8oz. mug
* Do not eat for 2 hours prior to ceremony
* Dress for comfort
* Yoga mat suggested, but not required
* Feel free to bring whatever you need for your “nest”:
* Blankets, pillows, comfort stuffed animals, crystals, talismans, journals, oracle decks, etc…
* Make sure to bring plenty of water (or a bottle to fill) for during & after the ceremony.
* Flower donations for the altar gladly & gratefully accepted!

Please make sure to arrive early to prepare your space, decorate the altar & in respect for all in ceremony - Doors will close & lock 5 minutes after start time
