Spirit Talks is a weekly gathering for open, spiritual conversations and connection. It was created to offer community for those exploring spirituality beyond traditional religions.

“Spirit” means something different to each of us. Some approach it through ritual or mysticism; others through psychology, philosophy, or wisdom traditions. What unites us is a shared value of intuition, inquiry, reflection, compassion, and respect for life.

Our discussions have touched on yoga, meditation, dreams, divination (tarot, astrology), and mystic traditions—from Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Indigenous and Shamanic paths. Attendees are a mix of the curious and the seasoned: therapists, teachers, artists, techies, entrepreneurs, authors, mystics, and more.

Some come seeking awakening or transformation; others come for healing, peace, or simple connection. Conversations range from lighthearted to deeply reflective, personal to global. Sometimes we talk in one group, other times in smaller groups that form naturally.

We value friendly dialogue—listening with empathy and curiosity, learning from one another. While there may be questions, or challenges to ideas, we avoid hostility and aggressive debate. We honor individual paths, processes, and frameworks, working to make room for one another, while honoring our own individual conscience.

We meet Sunday mornings from 10-11:30 (or whenever we’re done) at Enliten Bakery (connected to Guru’s in Provo). Order on either side, but we sit on the Enliten side. Look for the two tables together, or the Spirit Talks table sign.

Just come, sit down, and see where the conversation leads. Spirit has a remarkable way of bringing people together for meaningful exchange.
