Summer magic, it's time to go to the woods!
This is an invitation to a conscious walk in the Grunewald forest. It's an opportunity to learn a new way of going, with ourselves and in the world, step by step and with full presence. We will walk meditatively and almost silently for about three hours into the beauty of the woods. In between we will take some time to ground ourselves into our body & into the earth-body, to practice some breathing techniques, and also to refill our water bottles. ;) We will share the essential ritual of being together in nature, breathing deeply and searching for true connection.

I have been taking meditative walks since years, and I do love to share this beautiful experience with other nice humans and see how the peace of the nature can take place in our hearts.
The walks include some yoga ad meditation elements which will help you to fully benefit from this experience. We will practice them standing, you don't need any yoga mat nor previous experience. In a conclusive sharing circle, I will be happy to offer you a small yogi snack.
Cost per person: 33 €.
There are two free spots reserved for someone who would really love to participate, but has not enough funds at the moment - write me openly, if this is your case.
