Spiritual Walk/ Forest Bath at Rice Lake, North Vancouver & Lunch (optional)

Dear all,

Welcome to join us to casually walk around the Rice Lake in North Vancouver, to enjoy some spiritual cleansing by the high vibrational energy surrounding this lake. We will enjoy the forest bath while having interesting spiritual conversations to soothe our souls with easy exercise and relaxation. This trail is an easy trail very well paved. You are welcome to bring your children to come and enjoy this walk.

After our walk around the lake ( in about <+-> one hour time), it is optional for you to join us for an enjoyable lunch together if you are free. We will decide where to go for lunch after our walk.

Please meet up at the Rice Lake parking lot at 10:30am. The address of the parking lot is 4450 Lillooet Rd., North Vancouver. Take the Mt Seymour PKWY exit to Lillooet Rd towards Capilano University. Keep going upwards after passing the Capilano University until the end of the road through many humps, then curve right into the Rice Lake parking.
