HU is a sacred sound and ancient mantra. It is an ancient name for God that has been sung for thousands of years in many lands for spiritual unfoldment.

What to Expect
An inspirational quote will be shared before a fifteen-to-twenty-minute HU chant. The HU chant is easy and doesn’t require you to be a singer or to have done it before. You are welcome to join in or simply listen to the beautiful sound.
Chanting is followed by a period of quiet contemplation—a time to connect with the highest part of yourself: divine love. Afterward you’re welcome to join in a spiritual conversation to explore your experiences or questions over tea and refreshments.
