This gathering is a safe and reflective space to explore perseverance — not as forcing life or suppressing emotions, but as learning how to stay grounded, steady, and aligned with our values even when life becomes difficult.
Together, we will reflect on:

- How to remain steady during emotional or life “storms”
- The difference between perseverance and stubbornness
- How patience, clarity, and inner strength develop over time.
- Is there a spiritual dimension to perseverance or is it purely a mental exercise?
- What are we persevering towards?
