The FOCUS method changes that. In 60 minutes, you'll get everything that's swirling in your head out on paper where you can actually see it - then organize it, make sense of it, and know what to do next.

This is your drop-in session for getting unstuck.
You'll see the whole picture laid out in front of you, discover insights that were hiding, and know exactly where to focus your energy. The answers are already in there - we're just getting them visible.

You are creative. You can have clarity. And you actually know. But life can be confusing, apps are lonely, and therapy can be bla bla. This is none of that. Its about your own voice. Join a playful meeting space for expression, exchange, and diversity, all about the creative journal as a lifelong resource for self-discovery.

No experience in art, writing or meditation needed. Together, we practice mindfulness on paper and create a collective space for resilience. Through guided writing, drawing, and creative responses, we sort thoughts, perceive inner processes, and develop fresh perspectives.

What you need: Come as you are. Materials provided, or bring your own. An open mind, your favourite pen, and a journal/sketchbook if you have one.

With Kai Lossgott – German-South African artist, intuitive and educator, founder of the nomadic Infocus Institute, a space for listening to life on paper. Kai has scribbled through chronic illness, career changes and migration. He has 20 years proven experience in the honest work of finding new ways with a pen.
