Play Eat Connect started from a simple idea. The world is loud and chaotic enough as it is, so why not create a little pocket of good energy where people can actually decompress, laugh, and connect?

We skip the typical bar scene for things like awesome indoor and outdoor games, the fun ones you've seen online where you're running around and cracking up, plus badminton, foosball, air hockey, etc. and occasionally a group dinner at one of the healthiest spots in the Bay Area. The conversations stay positive and the vibes stay high.

The goal is to surround ourselves with like-minded people who are into health, personal growth, spirituality, and entrepreneurship, but still want to play like kids and stay positive.
