- 10 min: Welcome & Theme Meditation;
- 35 min: Dialogue & Shared Presence.
Zoom room opens at the scheduled start time. If you can’t join within the first 7 minutes, you can join the next session. There are 6x 45-minute sessions each day—choose the time that works for you.
No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to participate. We welcome curiosity, unconditional acceptance, patience with the process, and respect for diverse perspectives.
What to Expect:
Our Zoom meetings follow a simple, consistent format to allow for a natural flow:
Agenda (45 min):
• 10 min: Welcome & Theme Meditation — a welcome and short meditation to help us settle in, attune to what is emerging, and reconnect with ourselves and the wider presence (Spirit, Source, Life Force, or whatever word resonates with you).
• 35 min: Dialogue & Shared Presence — an open space for discussion, reflections, questions, and spontaneous silence. Speaking is optional.
We explore life collectively through live interaction, deep questioning, listening, and shared presence. In a world that is increasingly being shaped by artificial intelligence, technology, and rapid change, we come together to reconnect with the essence of Being—fostering patience, love, surrender, and awareness of the ungraspable forces that move through us all.

We come together to be in a community and experience connection, where you can be yourself and share vulnerabilities.
