Spiritual Coaching & Soul Alignment
A grounded space for inner healing, shadow work, and authentic soul growth
This group is for individuals who feel called to go deeper—beyond surface-level spirituality—into true self-awareness, emotional healing, and soul alignment. We will meet once a week on Saturday mornings open discussions on Spiritual Paths and divine soul purposes.
We focus on spiritual coaching integrated with shadow work, helping you gently explore the parts of yourself that have been ignored, suppressed, or shaped by past experiences. Rather than bypassing discomfort, we meet it with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that support lasting transformation.
Topics and experiences may include:
Shadow work for healing past patterns, triggers, and emotional wounds
Soul alignment practices to reconnect with your authentic self
Nervous-system–aware spiritual growth (no overwhelm, no pressure)
Energy awareness and emotional integration
Inner child work, self-inquiry, and conscious reflection
Releasing what no longer serves you—without judgment or fear
This is a safe, supportive, and grounded space for those who are ready to:

Break repeating emotional or relational cycles
