Join this transformative and heart-opening event in RECEIVING LOVE.
During the group event, we'll work together as a group, in pairs, and solo around the theme of RECEIVING LOVE.
We'll focus on opening to and receiving love, from ourselves, others, and the Divine. This gathering invites you to soften your heart, release old barriers to love, and step into a space of deep connection and compassion. We'll connect to the energy of the Creator/Source/Divine/Universe and receive healing. Together, we'll explore ways to open to love (with no hooks or conditions) so that you can bring this feeling into other areas of your life.
Flow:
2:00 PM — Arrivals and greetings (please be on time; the container closes at 3:15 PM)
2:15 PM — Opening circle, greetings, gentle dance & movement
2:30 PM — healing, channeling, group activities (~1.5 hours)
4:00 PM — Shares
4:35 PM — Farewells and closing circlePlease wear comfortable clothes. There are options to sit on chairs, cushions, meditation benches, or the floor (with blankets for support). Blankets and yoga mats are available. If you need anything extra for comfort, please bring it along. Bring water. Light snacks will be provided.
You do not need prior experience with meditation or channeling.
However, you do need to be able to stay focused and open to the experience.If you have a severe mental illness, we advise obtaining written permission from your primary care physician.

No, but if you are sick, you can transfer your ticket to a future event.
What’s the parking situation?
There is plenty of street parking right on Mass Ave, next to the venue. Public buses also service the Yoga Center if you are not driving.
