## Full Moon Drum Circle — This Sunday

Time: 9:00 PM – 11:00PM
Location: On the grass at TAOSC TRIBE, 6325 Babcock Rd, San Antonio, TX 78240
Bring your blanket or chair, and your favorite drum or percussion instrument, and prepare for a magical evening under the moonlight.

### What’s special this month’s Full Moon?

This Sunday’s full moon is known as the Corn Moon—a name rooted in Native American and traditional agricultural calendars, marking the time for harvesting corn and other summer crops.
Because this month’s full moon falls earlier in the season, the Harvest Moon—the one closest to the autumnal equinox—will actually occur next month.
Bonus celestial treat: In many parts of the world, this Corn Moon will coincide with a dramatic Blood Moon—a total lunar eclipse visible into the early hours of Monday, September 8. Though North America will be in daylight at the time, it's still exciting to share the energy of this rare event with a drum circle under that same rising moonlit sky.

### What's happening at the meetup:

  • Community & connection: Share rhythms and stories under the luminous Corn Moon.
  • Pink Lotus tea: Served for a $7 donation—sip alongside the beat and the moonlight.
  • Bring what you love: Comfortable seating (blanket or chair) and your favorite drum or percussion instrument.

Let the Corn Moon’s gentle glow guide our rhythms and reflections—hope to see you there for an evening of soulful sound and moonlit harmony!
