New Venue! Sharing Circle and Empathic Awareness

A new venue! The New Seasons meeting room at the store located on Williams and Freemont.

The Multnomah library system has instituted a new policy where groups are only allowed to make one room reservation at any library in the system once a month - so no more every other Sunday at Gregory Heights.

Instead we'll be doing one a month at the library, and one a month at the New Seasons, trading off as needed.

The meeting room at New Seasons is off their seating and eating area, and is actually a private room that you have to reserve! So it's not just like being at a coffee shop, there's a room divider between the eating area and the room itself.

As usual we'll open with a brief meditation to get us grounded, centered and ready to give and receive, and then I'll do a brief talk on empathic awareness and ways to both increase and decrease one's sensitivity.

Then we'll share what there is to share together!
