Sharing Circle, Meditation and Non-Duality at Gregory Heights!

Let's talk about meditation and non-duality! I'll be bringing what I know about this topic to the table, but will be relying heavily on the expertise of those present, as well!

We'll start with a quick guided meditation as per usual, then get into the deeper topic of meditation itself. The types I know of: silent, self inquiry, single pointed, mantras, etc. Asanas (postures) and mudras (hand positions.) And, the WHY of meditation.

For non-duality, I am hoping there will be those in attendance who are more proficient in self-realization and this topic than I am, but we will go as far as we can with it, together.

Then the floor will be open for all the shares! We'll popcorn around as is our way and just share what wants to be shared on this day.

Someone else has the room starting at 3:30 so we'll be wrapping up around 2:45 just to make sure the room is clear for them.
