In this experiential class, join our guide, Mel, for an evening focused on the Sacral Chakra, your center of creativity, emotion, pleasure, and connection.
If you have been feeling blocked, disconnected, or creatively stagnant, this class offers supportive tools to help you return to flow. You will learn practices to reconnect with your body and emotions, guided meditation and breathwork techniques, how to recognize sacral chakra imbalances, and ways to cultivate creativity, sensuality, and self-expression.
