You’re invited into a heart‑centered afternoon of connection, ceremony, and deep restoration. We’ll begin by gently arriving in the body through light somatic movement, breathwork, intention setting, and grounding. From there, we’ll share ceremonial cacao to open the heart and soften the inner landscape. You’ll then be guided into a healing sound bath with crystal bowls and other subtle instruments to support nervous system ease, inner clarity, and energetic alignment. Throughout the experience, intuitive energy work will be offered to deepen the healing and integration.

This gathering arrives at a powerful moment in the season.
Together, we’ll explore how to stay centered in peace and truth amid the intensity and change unfolding in the world around us.

· Anything that helps you settle into stillness
Comfort is essential for receiving the full experience. Gravity chairs work amazing for this should you not wish to lay on the floor.
