Join us for an evening of deep connection, healing, and conscious activations. We will be using breathwork and the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao to gently open our hearts. Then, move through guided meditation while immersing in a sound bath to soothe your body and uplift your energy.

• Water to drink
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Eye mask or towel
• Anything else to help you feel cozy and supported while lying down

Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your space and settle in.
