First, you’ll choose a flower that is unique to you and then through a blend of intuitive insight and spiritual connection, you’ll receive guidance based on that chosen flower. Join us for a transformative afternoon of healing using cross-cultural shamanic techniques. We will first work together to create sacred space and honor nature as our guide. We will then identify our individual and collective intentions for our time together. Participants will meet a spirit guide and be channeled through a meditative shamanic journey relevant to the season. The beat of the drum acts as the heartbeat of the universe during the shamanic journey.

After the journey you will be asked to reflect on your experience through journaling, meditating, or sharing your thoughts and feelings. You will have an opportunity to receive compassionate healing energy as directed by the facilitator.

Shamanic techniques have been used for thousands of years to help people develop clarity, receive guidance, and heal from past traumas. The drum is an effective tool in merging consciousness with spirit to help achieve these goals. The meditative state of the journey creates a sense of peace and harmony that can relieve stress and heavy energy. Support from the group and spirit guides offer comfort, connection, and insight.

Join Crissy and Jason for a restorative Lion’s Gate Portal Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath beneath the powerful 8/8 gateway.

On August 8th, the Earth, Sun, and Sirius align in the Lion’s Gate Portal. This is a celestial event associated with awakening, courage, abundance, and higher wisdom. This alignment is believed to amplify clarity, expansion, and soul remembrance.

The evening will begin by attuning to Lion’s Gate energy. Each person will receive an oracle card pull and ceremonial cacao, prepared with ethically sourced, vegan, organic cacao from Peru. The experience then flows into gentle community connection, a guided meditation for inner alignment, and remembrance. It closes with a restorative sound bath of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion, and healing frequencies for integration and nervous system relaxation.

This experience supports spiritual connection, emotional renewal, clarity, heart-centered manifestation, and deeper trust in your inner guidance.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported during the sound bath.
