Join us for a transformative afternoon of healing using cross-cultural shamanic techniques. We will first work together to create sacred space and honor nature as our guide. We will then identify our individual and collective intentions for our time together. Participants will meet a spirit guide and be channeled through a meditative shamanic journey relevant to the season. The beat of the drum acts as the heartbeat of the universe during the shamanic journey.
After the journey you will be asked to reflect on your experience through journaling, meditating, or sharing your thoughts and feelings. You will have an opportunity to receive compassionate healing energy as directed by the facilitator.
Shamanic techniques have been used for thousands of years to help people develop clarity, receive guidance, and heal from past traumas. The drum is an effective tool in merging consciousness with spirit to help achieve these goals. The meditative state of the journey creates a sense of peace and harmony that can relieve stress and heavy energy. Support from the group and spirit guides offer comfort, connection, and insight.

This heart-centered evening is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect, with yourself, your inner wisdom, and the energy of the season. Through the gentle plant medicine of ceremonial cacao and an immersive sound bath, we create space for emotional release, clarity, and deep nourishment.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, intentionally prepared to support heart opening and presence. From there, the evening unfolds with a grounding meditation and an oracle card draw, offering intuitive guidance and insight to anchor the energetic theme of the night.
Crissy and Jason will then guide you into a fully immersive sound journey featuring 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, layered tones, rhythm, and vibrational sound designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and support integration on a cellular level.
This experience is both grounding and expansive. This is a space to receive, reflect, and celebrate the growth and renewal that has been unfolding throughout the month.
