Beneath the busyness of daily life, you already hold a well of wisdom waiting to be heard. In this interactive workshop, you will learn simple but powerful practices to calm your mind, tune into your intuitive voice, and trust the guidance that arises.

Through Guided meditation, reflection, pair sharing, intuitive journaling and experiential tools you will begin to recognize the subtle signals of inner knowing and leave with greater clarity, confidence, connection.
