From Mindfulness to Soulfulness: An ECK Light and Sound Service

The practices and techniques of mindfulness can help quiet the mind and develop a greater awareness of the beauty and peace to be found in the present moment, all good things. But mindfulness can also be a stepping stone leading you to the threshold of the greater experience -- of yourself as Soul.

This is moving from Mindfulness to Soulfulness, and you can learn simple imaginative techniques to take you on the journey of a lifetime, to meet your true self as Soul.
