Explore practical applications for HU (pronounced like "hue"). HU is an ancient name for God and a carrier of love between God and You. Singing HU has been reported by many to bring healing for body, mind, and spirit, and align the individual with higher states of love, wisdom, and awareness.

We will sing/chant the word HU for 15 to 20 minutes followed by a brief quiet contemplation. Then we will have an open discussion for sharing and Q&A.
