At a Sound of Soul event, you can join - or simply listen to others chanting this ancient mantra for ten to fifteen minutes, followed by a short time for contemplation. Afterwards, enjoy spiritual conversation with others of like heart.
This is a free event with seekers like yourself. HU is for everyone regardless of beliefs, or religion. We will sing HU for 20 minutes followed by an open spiritual discussion and sharing.
