Learn how to open your heart to accept change with grace so you can gain greater spiritual freedom. At the ECK Light and Sound Service, you will have the opportunity to experience the sound of a HU chant, share your stories, and listen to others about how acceptance can bring vital spiritual results.

You are invited to attend an in-person ECK Light and Sound Service with the theme “Acceptance: Your Key to Graceful Living” on Sunday, June 2, 2024, 11:00 am–12:15 pm, at the ECKANKAR Center of Rochester, 312 West Commercial Street, East Rochester, NY 14445.

At this in-person spiritual event you will be able to:

• Learn about how Eckankar, The Path of Spiritual Freedom, can help you recognize the gifts of your everyday blessings and challenges;
• Hear inspiring tips about this topic from Harold Klemp, the spiritual leader of Eckankar;
• Listen to others and share stories about your own experiences and spiritual insights;
• Engage with a spiritual exercise that includes singing HU, a sacred mantra, to help you connect with God and Divine Love.
