Sound Bath and Energy Healing

Join us for a soothing evening of healing! Experience an immersive and relaxing sound bath featuring chimes, steel tongue drums, and singing bowls. You are welcome to bring mats, pillows, and blankets if you would like to stretch out during any portion of the evening. Extra blankets and props will be available.
Following the sound bath, our UCMH volunteers will provide hands-on or hands-off healing energy and Reiki.
At the end of the evening we will come together to share and discuss the experience while enjoying some grounding snacks.
