SoulCollage® is a deeply personal and intuitive form of self-expression designed to facilitate self-discovery and emotional exploration through creative collage-making. Participants create 5×8 inch cards by intuitively selecting and arranging images from magazines, and photographs, that resonate on a profound emotional level, representing different aspects of the self.

The process goes beyond simple image creation, incorporating a unique journaling technique where participants write from the perspective of each card. This approach allows for deep dialogue with different parts of the self, uncovering hidden insights, emotions, and internal narratives.

Therapeutically, SoulCollage® provides numerous psychological benefits, including emotional processing, accessing unconscious material, and building self-compassion. The method is particularly powerful because it bypasses verbal and intellectual defenses, allowing participants to engage with their inner world through intuitive, visual means.
