Playing Cards (GameNight) - Men’s Emotional Health Group

Details

### What to Expect

Each gathering combines a shared activity with guided conversation about life and emotions.
👉 This session’s activity: Playing Cards ♠️♦️
We’ll sit together for a few rounds of cards while allowing the conversation to flow toward what’s real in our lives—our emotions, our struggles, and our experiences. Playing cards offers a relaxed, less direct way of sharing feelings while still going deeper into what matters most.
Future sessions may include journaling, stretching, hiking, or other theme nights—but the purpose always remains the same:

  • To connect with yourself and others
  • To share openly without judgment
  • To listen deeply and respectfully
  • To leave feeling lighter and less alone

Who It’s For

  • Men feeling lonely, disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck
  • Men seeking a community where honesty, kindness, and vulnerability are welcome
  • All backgrounds, identities, and orientations are respected. No prior experience is needed

Men’s Emotional Health Group

A space for connection, honesty, and growth.
Many of us men grew up learning that emotions were weakness. Anger was often allowed—but tenderness, fear, and sadness were silenced. These lessons shaped our emotional lives and continue to affect our relationships, health, and sense of self.

The Men’s Emotional Health Group is a supportive space to unlearn those messages. Through simple activities and open conversation, we reconnect with our emotional selves and build community with one another.

Facilitator Bio
I’m a single father of three who has spent years navigating deep grief and emotional pain after personal loss. As a massage therapist, energy worker, and personal trainer, I’ve supported many people in releasing the emotional weight their bodies carry.
This group is the space I wish I had when I was struggling. I’m not here as a therapist—but as a guide, witness, and fellow traveler.

Space is Limited — Please RSVP
Group size is limited to 15 participants to help create a grounded and focused space.
If you reserve a space and can’t make it, please let us know so another person may attend.
