Shamanic Journey and Drumming Group

The monthly Shamanic Journey and Drumming group meets on the third Saturday of every month. No experience with shamanism, journeying, or drumming is required - just a curious and open heart!

This month, we’re going to explore our relationship with our guides, and learn how to connect with them through journeying, meditation, and drumming. Whether you work (or want to work) with animal spirits, ancestors, Pagan deities, fairy folk, or any other energy or entity, we’ll work on ways to develop and deepen connection. We’ll harness the energy of renewal coming from the equinox and new moon this Sunday to springboard our work of growth and change!

If you’re new(er) to the group, and don’t have a drum or rattle, I encourage you to make one yourself from reclaimed material to bring on Saturday. Something as simple as lentils in a pill bottle for a rattle, or a plastic tub for a drum work really well for percussion purposes. Handmade tools are always the most magical!
