Unapologetically YOU — A SoulCollage® Workshop

SoulCollage® is a transformative expressive arts practice that invites you to explore your inner world through the power of intuitive image-making. Founded by Seena B. Frost, this accessible process requires no artistic skill — only a willingness to follow what draws you. You'll create your own personal card that reflects something true about who you are, using images that speak to you in ways words sometimes cannot. SoulCollage® meets you exactly where you are and honors the wisdom already living inside you.

Today's theme is Unapologetically YOU — an invitation to let your most authentic self step forward without apology, explanation, or edit. So much of our lives has been shaped by shrinking ourselves to fit expectations, roles, and the comfort of others. This workshop creates a sacred space to reconnect with the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen — your boldness, your tenderness, your complexity, your truth. Through image, creativity, and community, you'll leave with a card that reflects what it looks like to simply, fully, be yourself.
