In this group we will talk about ourselves, our lives, our experiences, and our goals for the future. Especially our goals for the future! Big, small, or ethereal!

In this group we will explore topics of life, spirit, practices,
and things that make us go huh?

But, most of all – we will be getting together as women to have fun
and support each other in living “bigger”, “better”, more dynamic lives. Whatever that means for you!

My passion has always been to study and practice anything to expand the awareness of who I am as an infinite being, since I was born as an astral traveler from birth.
I have been blessed to learn at the feet of Hindu yogis, Thai monks, Bon Buddhist, and western mystics, and have spent decades studying Lucid Dreaming and Out of Body Experiences.
I have also loved facilitating various women’s groups around topics of empowerment, goal setting, and spirituality, throughout the years.
I believe we are better humans when we exist, learn, study, and play, in community with like minded souls.
