Join me for an enlightening Wudang Tai Chi Class
for a holistic practice that harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit

Course Description:
This course teaches the skills of Wudang Taichi 13 Form,
including footwork, abdominal breathing, relaxation of shoulders
and elbows while practicing the movements

We will do Qi Gong as a warm-up

Efficacy: Improve lower body muscle strength, balance, flexibility,
concentration, immunity, sleep quality, and slow down brain degeneration, etc.
Release stress and stay peaceful.
After practice, you will feel refreshed and energetic.

About me: Have trained with many renowned masters
and won the first prize of Chen Taichi Group at
LA Gold Dragon Martial Arts Competition 2024
