Welcome to a unique space dedicated to direct experience and communion with the Great Mystery. This is a daily online meeting where we gather to return to the simple recognition of Being alive and to share that profound aliveness with others.
What We Do: Our meetings invite you to connect with yourself, others, and That which is beyond words and understanding. We begin by settling into silence and presence, acknowledging the forces greater than ourselves that are always with us.
The core practice is free speech: allowing words to emerge without filtering, judgment, or trying to fit them into a predefined narrative. This act of speaking freely is where desire first manifests and where true freedom and discovery begin. You might be surprised by what comes out, and your words may resonate deeply with someone else, even if they don't make immediate sense to you.
We also encourage attuning to physical sensations and breathing, allowing the natural movement of the Spirit to flow through us. This is a space to feel, sense, and experience life to the fullest.
What to Expect:
• Courage and Vulnerability: It takes courage to show up and open yourself to this experience, embracing the unknown and unpredictable.
• Connection and Support: You are not alone. Through sharing and collective effort, we support each other in coping with what might be overwhelming individually.
• Acceptance and Surrender: We practice letting go of control and attempts to fix or improve, surrendering to the flow of life and receiving what is given unconditionally. This is about being, not doing.
• Beyond Logic: This meeting is about encountering the "Real," which doesn't have to make sense, nor can it be fully grasped by the mind, logic, or reason. It's about what "just is".
• Joy and Aliveness: The experience is often described as joyful, happy, empowering, and filling you with life.
• Patience: This journey unfolds at its own pace, requiring patience and gentleness.
This group is not focused on intellectual understanding or finding "the right words," but rather on direct experience.
We are reinventing community in the modern world, using technology to connect across continents and time zones.
