Sunrise Meditation

Hello All!

Let's meet at Zuma Beach and tune in to the creative energies of sunrise. For 22½ minutes before and after sunrise all of nature is in a beautiful state of serenity, a perfect time for meditation. Ancient masters knew this and utilized this time very effectively.

We can meditate in our own way, or for those interested I will be happy to lead them through a meditation.

Actual sunrise is at 5:58 am. But please don't wait till then, come early. We will start on time.

Please note: The meetup.com software doesn't allow an accurate location entry. We will most likely be near Lifeguard Station 12. If this changes for any reason, the new location will be posted here that morning. You can also call me at 818.970.3223 if you can't find us.

We can hang out later, maybe go have breakfast at a nearby place.
