Monday Morning Yoga with Patricia Carroll

Patricia Carroll's popular weekly yoga classes returns to Unity of Jupiter! Patricia’s classes are inclusive of all skill levels. Individuals with chronic pain, physical issues and tensions are encouraged to attend. The focus is on structural alignment, fascial and somatic release, meditation, inner work, and breathing techniques. Please bring your own mat and yoga strap. A love offering is requested at each class.
