Unity in Naperville is hosting a variety of programs and events that support those on a path of spiritual growth. From book studies to social activities, speakers to concerts, support groups to workshops, healing prayer and meditation classes, you'll find continual opportunities to awaken to the depths of your spiritual Self and share your experience with other like-minded people. All events take place at Unity in Naperville, 1600-C Shore Rd. Naperville, IL 60563, unless otherwise noted.

Energy of Spirit
Unity In Naperville, 1600 Shore Rd Ste C, Naperville, IL, USIn our February and March classes, in addition to practicing the Daily Energy Routine, you will learn Tapping. Tapping is a proven self-help method combining the ancient healing of acupressure with contemporary methods of mindfulness and guided imagery to address past emotional wounds, behavior patterns that get in your way and help navigate life more freely through its challenges. Class notes are provided. Open to men and women. Wear comfy attire, no equipment needed. Newcomers are welcome!
