Join us for a gentle walk through the beautiful trails of **Lake Elmo Park Reserve**, where we’ll take time to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the sacred in the natural world.

After our walk, we’ll gather for a simple meditation/quiet time in nature. It’s an invitation to consider how the natural world has always been a place of encounter and meaning.

**All are welcome** — truly. You don’t need to attend a church, know anything about spiritual practices, or even be particularly outdoorsy. Just bring your curiosity, comfortable shoes, and an openness to the quiet wisdom of the trees.

**🧺 Optional:** Bring a water bottle, and something to sit on for our reflection time.
